I got these boots two years back and really wanted to give them a solid test before sharing my thoughts. The toe reinforcement and tread are fantastic. The grip on ice and snow was a major factor in my decision to buy them. However, after just a month of use, the fit became super loose. I anticipated a bit of give, but this was way more than I expected. I usually skip socks, so that wasn’t the reason for the stretching, plus my feet are quite narrow. I ended up having to wear thick socks just to keep them from flopping around, which made me walk all funny. I waited four long years to save up for these boots, so I’m really let down. On the bright side, the boot's construction is solid, they’re incredibly warm, and with the waterproofing spray I got alongside them, they still look almost brand new. They were so close to being the ideal boot, but sadly, I won’t be getting another pair.

This company is solid and ships fast. I've made three separate orders. I gotta mention that the quality of my most recent pair of sheepskin slippers (with flexi sole) didn't hold up through the winter. The interior wears out fast, especially at the heel. They could use a bit more cushioning. My first pair lasted for years. I really don’t want to have to repurchase them annually.

I got my slipper socks really quickly, but after about a week, I noticed a tiny issue. I reached out to Kiwi Sheepskins via email, and they told me a replacement would be on its way. The new pair arrived the very next day!! Incredible service, and I'm super pleased with my new slipper socks! Thanks a bunch!

Awesome footwear, company, and service. I'm really into these musketeer boots, and this is my second time getting them. The first pair held up for two years. After I placed my order, it took 11 days for my boots to show up (UK).

I picked up the Ultimate Side Laced Tall Sheepskin Boots in men's US 11 for my euro45/uk10.5 feet. They showed up in under two weeks, and I was able to track the whole journey without a hitch. The fit is just right, snug now, and I can tell they'll feel like they were made just for me after a few days of wear. The quality is top-notch, and the style is spot on. I purchased a sheepskin travel neck pillow, but it took ages to get here, so I ended up without it for my trip. I reached out for tracking info, but never heard back. When I returned, the pillow finally showed up, and honestly, it was pretty bad—there's no proper curve for your neck; it’s just a narrow V shape that squeezes your neck and feels scratchy (I usually love sheepskin and have never found it itchy before). I contacted the company a couple of times about returning it, but I’ve yet to receive a single response. Overall, a disappointing product and terrible customer service. Such a waste of time and money.

I placed an order for the Josie slipper back in August since they sold out on me last year when I took too long to decide. I tried them on but left them alone because it was summer here in the U.S. My feet were probably swollen from the heat. Later in the year, when I finally wore them, they were so loose that I could fit my hand inside the slipper while my foot was in it. I noticed others had similar complaints about the width. I really wish I had checked reviews on this site instead of the Kiwi one. I reached out to the company through their contact form but never got a response. These slippers aren't regular width for women; they might fit a man better. I ended up wasting 100.00 USD.

I really messed up in my last review. (Too shy to explain further. :-( ). The main point: Kiwi Sheepskins is worth your support. Their customer service is top-notch (and I’m a tough customer to satisfy).

Hey, awesome delivery and service! However, I've got a problem with the fold back (I think that's what it's called) on one of my slippers. The stitching has come undone and it's just barely hanging on by chance!

Awesome slippers! I'm a repeat buyer and will definitely come back! I really appreciated the phone call to double-check the size I needed. The delivery was lightning fast. Just a quirky thing, but it won't stop me from buying these slippers again. Our carpet is kinda like a crew cut shag pile, and the soles of the slippers leave some tread marks everywhere. (It doesn't bug me, but some folks might be a bit worried about those marks on their carpet.)
